KROG processes personal data to deliver regulated legal services, to operate the KROG platform, and to maintain auditable records of consent and authorisation under ISO 27560 and ISO 29184.

Retention
Profile data is retained for as long as your profile is active. When you delete your profile, personal data is removed from public surfaces and from operational stores, except where retention is required by law or to defend legal claims.
Processors and subprocessors
The KROG platform is built and hosted on Lovable Labs AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, which processes personal data on our behalf as a subprocessor. No advertising or third-party analytics processors are used.
Machine-readable field map
Every profile field is classified by personal-data category, purpose, legal basis and visibility in a machine-readable map. Privacy semantics are expressed with the W3C Data Privacy Vocabulary (DPVCG).
Pending final review The lawful basis per processing purpose, international transfer mechanisms, and competent supervisory authority will be published in this section once the compliance review is complete.
