Verification state

  • Self-reported
Stated by the person. Nothing has been checked.
  • Evidence provided
Evidence or a course confirmation is attached, but no assessor or issuer has checked it.
  • Evidence verified
The evidence has been checked against the level descriptor.
  • Assessed
Assessed by an approved assessor on a published rubric, or anchored by an external issuer.

Credential provenance (where a credential exists)

  • KROG-issued
The credential was issued by KROG.
  • University-issued
The credential was issued by a university or education provider with issuing authority.
  • Professional-body-issued
The credential was issued by a bar, regulator or other professional body.
  • Other verified issuer
The credential was issued by another issuer with a verified identity.

Provenance is not a ranking. A university-issued credential is not weaker than a KROG-issued one.
