Analyse complex organisational environments to align information systems and AI capabilities with business strategy, evaluating governance, ethical, regulatory, and risk requirements, and designing integrated IS models and enterprise architectures that enhance organisational performance in dynamic, multidisciplinary contexts.
1.1 Analyse organisational strategies and operating models to identify business needs, priorities, risks, and opportunities for IS and AI enablement, using enterprise case studies or organisational datasets.
