Manage the full lifecycle of AI contracts by analysing legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements, designing performance and compliance clauses, and evaluating supplier arrangements using governance frameworks and performance evidence.
4.1 Analyse AI-related contractual requirements concerning data ownership, model training rights, performance standards, liability, and regulatory compliance, using legal and organisational documentation
